4 tbsp dairy free butter (I use earth balance)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 c dairy free milk (I used soy)
Pinch of salt
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c + 1 tbs ap flour
Combine all ingredirsnts in the bowl of a stand mixer. Set to medium and mix until combined - it's very quick!!
Make sure your Dash Donut Maker is preheated.
Scoop batter into a piping bag. Cut off the tip to use.
Lightly spray wells with conola oil spray.
Fill each well 3/4 of the way full.
Cook 1:30 on the first side and using a tooth pick flip donut over for another 3 minutes. When very hot put in powdered sugar and roll around until fully covered. Eat immediately and enjoy!!
