Italian Peach Granita

4 cups of cut up peaches skin on
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
1/2 lemon squeezed straight in
puree all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan. Put in the freezer. Every 45 minutes scrape down with a fork. Do not stir - you want to keep those ice crystals! Keep doing this for 3-4 hours.
