Peppermint Bark

1 bag dairy free chocolate chips

1 bag dairy free white chocolate chips

4-5 crushed up candy canes

1 tsp coconut oil


Line a baking sheet with a lip with parchment. Set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl pour bag of dairy free chocolate chips. Add 1/2 tsp coconut oil. Microwave for 30 second increments stirring in between. Once chocolate is smooth, pour into prepared pan.


Repeat process with white chocolate chips pouring the white chocolate over the dark.

Using a skewer stir chocolates together. Once you have the desired look, sprinkle crushed up candy canes on top.

Place pan in the refrigerator for approx 1-2 hours.

Using hands “snap” pieces off in desired sizes. Enjoy!!!
