Grambee's Fudge

1 bag dairy free chocolate chips

2 1/4 c granulated sugar

1 3/4 c dairy free marshmallows

3/4 c soy milk

1/4 c dairy free butter

2 tsp vanilla extract


Line 8” square pan with foil extending over the edges of the pan. Put chocolate chips aside in a large heat proof bowl.


Combine over medium heat

In large saucepan marshmallows, dairy free butter, sugar, pinch of salt (forgot that above!) and dairy free milk. Stir constantly until boiling. Don’t let it burn on bottom. Cook for additional 5 min or so. Should see caramel colored streaks when stirring.


Remove from heat and add vanilla


Immediately pour marshmallow mixture into bowl w chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Immediately pour into prepared pan.


Refrigerate until completely cooled. Remove from pan and transfer to cutting board
